TS Recruitment are actively working with a specialist fit out based in South Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join the business.

Benefits

•   Basic salary circa £40-45,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:

•   Work closely with the Commercial Director and Estimators in the team.

•   Carry out Estimates and submit tenders for commercial and hospitality fit out projects

•   Attend client meetings to build relationships.

•   Complete tenders on projects up to the value of £2 million.

•   Liaise with clients regarding variations and value engineering to help secure work.

•   Attend prestart meetings and handover over to the operational team.

•   Project values from £100k to £2 million

•   Family feel and have long-term working relationships.

•   Work on office, restaurants, gyms fit outs.

Knowledge/Experience:

•   Commercial experience working as an Estimator.

•   Experience working on projects over £2 million.

•   Construction qualification preferred but not essential.

•   Good IT skills.

•   Full UK driving license
