South West

Up to £50K plus Car Allowance

TSR are currently representing a nationwide Facilities Management company which are seeking an experienced Contract Manager within the South West.

The ideal candidate will manage engineers, contracts profitably and in compliance with specifications, ensuring service delivery and budgetary targets are met. This role involves overseeing all contract-related activities, ensuring profitability, and adhering to legislative standards.

  • Experience in contract management
  • Experience working in a Facilities Management, Building Services or Property Services company, minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements and health and safety regulations
