TSR are recruiting for an experienced Engineer to join a rapidly growing UK based Housing Developer based in Doncaster to cover their South Yorkshire region. You will be from a New Build Housing background, ready to join the team and hit the round running supporting the technical team across design, land appraisal, adoption management, technical design and product development.

• Liaise with external consultants to meet deadlines
• Approval of Engineering Design and Ground Investigation
• Attend sites and meetings to ensure smooth transitions and minimise any issues in the process
• Design meetings with the highways and planners
• Procure Site investigation information
• Monitor the adoption of roads, sewers and public spaces
• Assist management in the obtaining of fee quotations
