Operations Director – Mechanical Services

Up to £75,000 + Car

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Mechanical Services Company based in Essex who are now actively recruiting an Operations Director.

You will have experience managing Operational Team’s and several Contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support teams of Contract Managers and Supervisors.
• Review and implement safety plans and systems of work.
• Lead the mobilisation and setup of projects.
• Manage departmental aspects such as labour, workload, training, and health & safety.
• Oversee complex contract requirements to support Operational Teams.
• Develop work programmes with Contracts Managers.
• Create a master resource programme within the company.
• Implement weekly labour plans across contracts.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial settings; planned maintenance projects / contracts.
• Proven leadership experience managing Operational Teams
• Track record of successfully delivering large projects
