Contracts Manager – Social Housing
South East London
Up to £65,000 + Car / allowance
TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in the South East who are now actively recruiting a Contract Manager. Projects are Social Housing refurbishment; externals; EWI and Retrofit works.
You will have experience in the Social Housing sector and be a Contracts or Projects Manager.
In this role, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, coordinating with subcontractors, handling Health & Safety documentation, and organising staff and resources. You’ll also work with Estimators/Quantity Surveyors to track changes and represent the company at project meetings.

Requirements:
- Experience in the social housing sector; planned / reactive maintenance works
- Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to meeting client expectations
