Earthworks Estimator

TSR are currently recruiting for a leading earthworks contractor, looking to add experienced Estimators to their ranks who specialise's in Earthworks.

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating projects for clients like Winvic, Glencar, TSL, or McLaren.
• Ability to accurately calculate and forecast costs for earthworks operations, ranging from 100,000 to 1,000,000 cubic meters.
• Knowledge of industry-standard codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with environmental considerations, soil types, and compaction requirements.
• Skills to prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and tender documents to clients.
• Knowledge and experience to account for potential risks, unforeseen challenges, and environmental factors in the estimates.
• Collaboration with project managers and financial teams to establish project budgets, and coordinating the negotiation between clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Experience with LSS Design Software
