Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
TSR is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer with a focus on Building Services to join a leading nationwide Facilities Management company. Based in the East Midlands, this exciting opportunity is ideal for an engineer with an electrical bias, offering the chance to work on a variety of commercial properties while advancing your career within a supportive environment.
The Role:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, specialising in electrical systems, across commercial sites in the East Midlands.
- Utilise your Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and 18th Edition certification to ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, as well as carry out general maintenance tasks where required.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent service to clients, maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 3 in Electrical Installation and an 18th Edition certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in building services, with a strong focus on electrical maintenance.
- Skills: A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
