Maintenance Operative – Social Housing

Walthamstow; North London / East London Works

£37,000 + Van + Fuel Card.

TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services / Social Housing Contractor who are recruiting Maintenance Operatives with a main trade in Carpentry.

You will be responsible for; Carpentry including fencing, brickwork / repointing, window installation / repairs and plastering. Any additional skills such as paving is desirable. An NVQ in a trade background is required for this work.

Social Housing / Council work. Permanent opportunity.

Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Operative role. A company van is provided.

Perform inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.
