Are you an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer looking for a static-site role in Newcastle? TSR is recruiting for a leading Facilities Management company seeking a skilled professional to maintain a key commercial property.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Oversee HVAC, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
✔ Fault Diagnosis & Repairs – Ensure efficient system performance and quick issue resolution.
✔ Compliance & Safety – Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and maintain service records.
✔ Teamwork & Communication – Liaise with colleagues and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Who We’re Looking For:
