Project Manager – New Build (Β£10-15M)

πŸ’° Salary: Β£60,000 - Β£70,000 + Package

Role & Responsibilities:

As the No.1 Project Manager, you will lead a new-build care home project valued between Β£10-15 million. Your responsibilities include:

 

πŸ”Ή Programme Management – Develop and manage the site programme from inception.

πŸ”Ή Work Sequencing – Plan and coordinate subcontractor activities.

πŸ”Ή Design Oversight – Review drawings, identify issues, and implement value engineering solutions.

πŸ”Ή Client & Stakeholder Management – Conduct site tours and progress meetings.

πŸ”Ή Team Coordination – Report to the Construction Director and oversee a Site Manager.

πŸ”Ή Budget & Timeline Control – Work closely with the commercial team to ensure project completion within scope.

Requirements:

βœ… Ability to lead projects with minimal support.

βœ… Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.

βœ… Qualifications: NVQ Level 6.

βœ… Full UK driving license.
