Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Fire Protection
Location: Bury
Salary: £45,000 (including progression opportunities for a growing company)

Key Benefits

• Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

• 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)
• Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period)

Role & Responsibilities

• 50/50 split between Estimating and Quantity Surveying
• Review and complete tender enquiries for passive fire protection.
• Work closely with senior members of the team to submit tenders.
• Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
• Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
• Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget.

About the Company

• Specialist passive fire protection contractor with project values ranging from £50k to £2 million
• Focuses on commercial and high-rise residential projects.
• A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in passive fire protection
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
• Full UK driving license.
