Job Description

As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring all administrative and document control tasks associated with HSEQ/Business support are carried out in line with the company's filing and documentation control procedures. This is an office-based role where you will handle a variety of tasks, requiring both teamwork and the ability to work independently using your initiative. This role will support the HSEQ Manager/Director in various HSEQ capacities.

 

Location: Stockton on tees

Normal Working Hours08:30 until 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:00, some flexibility is required on start and finish times according to the needs of the business.

 

What experience do you need?

 

  • Proven experience in administration and document control
  • Experience in construction 
  • Experience in an HSEQ administration role is preferable but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working for a diverse business in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Have an understanding of ISO standards is preferable but not essential
  • Qualification in business administration or document control (or working towards) is preferable but not essential
